Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, Ben Robson stars in TNT's Animal Kingdom as Craig, the tough, fearless middle son of the Cody crime family and a veteran criminal.
Robson can also be seen starring as Kalf, the trusted second-in-command to Lagertha, played by Katheryn Winnick, in season four of the hit original MGM/History Channel series Vikings, opposite Travis Fimmel.
On the feature side, Robson shot Lakeshore's The Boy, William Brent Bell's horror film that had a wide release this past January. In 2012, Robson earned his first major lead role as Lucian opposite Academy Award® winner Jon Voight in Dracula: The Dark Prince, directed by Pearry Reginald Teo. The film premiered in Le Marché du Film at Cannes Film Festival in May 2013.
Robson grew up in Northumberland and studied in Newcastle and Buckinghamshire. In 2009, he set his sights on Los Angeles, where he studied at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting for two years, after which he returned to the UK in 2011. This past year, Robson has made Los Angeles his permanent home.
