Marc Silvestri
(Executive Producer)
Marc Silvestri has been involved with the creation and development of the most popular comic book characters and titles for more than 17 years. He built an international fan base by bringing Marvel comic book properties such as Wolverine and X-Men to their current prominence.
In 1994, Silvestri left Marvel with five other artists to form Image Comics, incorporating Top Cow Productions as one of four autonomous studios therein. With Silvestri's lead, Image Comics rapidly grew to capture more than 25 percent of the comic book market and he has remained instrumental in furthering the growth of Image Comics to become the third-largest comic book publisher in the United States.
Silvestri creations such as Cyberforce, Witchblade, Weapon Zero and The Darkness continue to set a standard for commercial and critical excellence, with Witchblade and The Darkness becoming two of the best-selling comic books in the country.
