Q: What was your character's impact on Monday Night Football®?
A: Roone Arledge conceived the idea of Monday Night Football®. He wanted something new, something different and exciting, so that is what he went after. He called all the shots. He produced it as a hands-on producer would. He went out and got his guys, picked his camera angles and planted his cameras. He is the type of person who, instead of just saying turn the music up, would actually lean over and turn it up and say Wow, it sounds better louder.

Q: What do you think is the most interesting thing that people can learn about Monday Night Football® from this film?
A: I learned about Roone, who was actually the mastermind behind it and conceived the idea of Monday Night Football®. The program is still going on, but I don't watch it, and I watched it then. Hopefully, the audience can come away with a sense of history.
