Catherine O'Hara
Q: What attracted you to this project and how did you become involved?
A: Mr. Macy and Mr. Schachter's work, their lovely script and the chance to act with Mr. Macy. I
became involved via their kind offer. And, for some reason, I am flattered by the gift of an
unflattering role.
Q: What is the main theme of THE WOOL CAP?
A: There are many themes in this story, as there are in all good writing. One, I believe, is "As
long as you're alive, it's never too late." It's never too late to love, to learn, to say you're
sorry, to forgive, to laugh at yourself, to live better.
Q: What do you hope audiences will gain after seeing this movie?
A: I hope audiences will come away from this movie with a wet tissue, a red nose and a new
resolve to live better. And I hope they'll tell everyone about it.
