Rowena King

Rowena King’s feature film credits include Proof
of Life, directed by Taylor Hackford; Kenneth Branagh’s adaptation of Hamlet;
the acclaimed film The Wide Sargasso Sea; and Kevin Smith’s Romance
and Rejection. She has also
appeared in such films as My Son the Fanatic, Darklands and London
Kills Me. On television, she has
had guest appearances in such series as Las Vegas and Mind of the
Married Man, as well as Dr. Vegas and The Lyon’s Den, both
co-starring A PERFECT DAY’s Rob Lowe.
Her other television credits include A Touch of Frost, Breaking
News, Wonderful You, Tales of the South Seas, The
Turnaround, Alexie Sayle and Stick with Me, Kid. For the BBC, she has appeared in Two
Golden Balls, To Play the King and Black and Blue.
King has performed extensively with the Royal
Shakespeare Company, appearing in such stage productions as Don Juan,
directed by Danny Boyle; King Lear, directed by Nicholas Hytner; Richard
III; and Two Shakespearean Actors directed by Roger Mitchell.
