Owen works incredibly hard to put food on the table for his loving wife and three young children, but he's had to do it by working for one of the most difficult and demanding bosses imaginable - his father. After originally being rejected as heir-apparent to the auto dealership his father built, Owen has finally convinced him he's the right man for the job. Now, as the dealership's second-in-command, Owen is being groomed by his father to take over the business one day. But this new aspect of their father-son relationship is fraught with problems, from Owen's difficulty asserting authority over the salesmen to his father's hesitance to relinquish full control. On the home front, Owen faces the possibility of his wife re-entering the work world, which adds yet another pressure point to his already overstressed life.
