Rebecca Sutter, the estranged fiancee of Christopher Ewing, is actually Pamela Rebecca Barnes, the daughter of longtime Ewing enemy Cliff Barnes, Bobby's one-time brother-in-law. The sweet and compassionate Rebecca Sutter is gone, replaced with Pamela Rebecca, who is just as scheming and conniving as her father. Pregnant with Christopher's twins, Pamela is out to gain complete control of Ewing Energies and full custody of her babies. She and her father have made a vow to take down the Ewing family once and for all.
Julie Gonzalo's role as Rebecca Sutter on TNT's Dallas comes as a surprisingly delightful contrast to her series regular role on, the Greg Berlanti produced ABC-hit, Eli Stone. In 2008, Julie won the ALMA for outstanding supporting actress in a drama series for her role as the naive Maggie Dekker. But her talents are hardly contained to the small screen. Many people remember Gonzalo for her charismatic turns in such hit films as Must Love Dogs, starring Diane Lane and John Cusack Christmas with the Kranks, in which she played Jamie Lee Curtis and Tim Allen's characters' daughter; and the smash comedy, Dodgeball, in which she played alongside Justin Long as his character's love interest. Other feature credits include Freaky Friday and A Cinderella Story.
Originally from Buenos Aires, Gonzalo is fluent in Spanish, helping her land one of the lead roles in Lionsgate's Ladron Que Roba a Ladron, which garnered one of the highest opening weekends of all time for Spanish language films. These credits are just a few testaments to Gonzalo's dynamic talents and captivating onscreen presence, which clearly translate to film and television projects of all genres.
