Christopher Ewing is the adopted son of Bobby Ewing and his first wife, Pam. Growing up together on Southfork, Christopher fell deeply in love with Elena and proposed to her. But when Elena broke off their engagement the day of their wedding, a heartbroken Christopher fled to Asia to research alternative energies. While overseas, he fell in love with the beautiful Rebecca Sutter and took her home to get married. When Christopher discovered a pregnant Rebecca was lying about her identity he promptly ran back into the arms of Elena. He will stop at nothing to prove his marriage is a fraud in order to gain sole custody of his unborn twins. Now as the co-founder of Ewing Energies, Christopher is determined to put the family name back on the map and prove himself a real Ewing.
Screen Actors Guild Award-winning actor Jesse Metcalfe was last seen in Jerry Bruckheimer's TV series Chase on NBC. He is best known for his role as John Rowland, the gardener in Desperate Housewives.
Metcalfe's move to the big screen occurred in 2006, when he starred as the lead and title character in John Tucker Must Die. He was last seen starring opposite Michael Douglas in Beyond A Reasonable Doubt, as well as the romantic comedy The Other End of The Line and The Tortured, opposite Erika Christensen.
Born in Monterey, Calif., and raised in Waterford, Conn., Metcalfe was always a fan of the arts. After studying at New York University and the famed Tisch School of the Arts, he modeled in both the U.S. and in Europe, a stint that ended when he joined NBC's hit daytime drama Passions. For four years, he honed his craft while mesmerizing the daytime audience, breaking more than a few hearts with his 2004 departure from the show.
Outside of work Metcalfe is a huge sports fan. He also works out religiously and is himself a regular on the basketball court.
A music lover, Metcalfe is an accomplished guitarist. He's also into classic cars, motorbikes and is an avid poker player.
Metcalfe has received the 2005 Young Hollywood Award for Exciting New Face and has been nominated for two Teen Choice Awards, including one for Choice Actor in a Television Comedy.
